For a store that averages 144,500 square feet, Costco stocks surprisingly few salad kits. You've probably heard the idea before: A typical Costco only carries about 4,000 different items, while the average grocery store has 50,000. So, instead of a dozen different brands of, say, ketchup, Costco carries just one or two (a few at most!). And this is true in the salad kit department, as well.
When we went to Costco to stock up on salad kits, we only found three different bags to choose from. (We found a similarly sized selection at Sam's Club, too.) Which one should you buy during your next visit? Keep reading to find out.
