The one-couple tourism committee for Waco, Texas — otherwise known as Fixer Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines — have just announced their next attraction: a coffee shop.
Chip and Jo have brought unbelievable amounts of attention to their hometown of Waco, Texas, and now they have even more to bring people in. People has the story, with a spokesperson confirming that they will be breaking ground on the new project early next month, with a tentative plan to open by the end of 2019.
