My family has been working through eating down our pantry and freezer this month in an effort to save money. We did a budget meal plan a few weeks ago and the comments from both my partner and readers was that we needed more inexpensive meals in our lives.
This week I managed to keep our grocery shopping for these five recipes under $75 for my family of four — and I'm pretty pleased with the number of veggies, varied flavors, and just plain yummy dinners we get to eat this week.
